Estate Sale Field Manager
 
At Blue Moon Estate Sales we pride ourselves in having the most friendly and helpful estate liquidators in the business. We search for individuals who are passionate about helping others and who want to share their passion with others.
The Field Manager is an expert when it comes to running an estate sale. Within this role, you will be in control to make sure that the sale process runs smoothly and efficiently.  You will be responsible for supervising the on-site team and providing oversight and direction.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the estate sale process runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Knowledgeable on each aspect of the estate sale process to effectively answer all questions that arise before, during and after the sale
  • Responsible for hiring and training new team members
  • Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the Blue Moon Estate Sales core values and brand standards
  • Communicate expectations and priorities to the team
  • Provide ongoing feedback and direction to the team
  • Responsible for removing, sorting, and organizing items throughout clients’ homes, including attics, basements, storage areas, etc. 
  • Stage items for display to create a pop-up retail shop environment inside of each residence
Qualifications:
  • A previous estate sale or retail experience preferred
  • Must be customer service oriented 
  • Must be reliable and trustworthy
  • Willingness to learn basic product pricing
  • Ability to work flexible hours and in a variety of locations
     
    • Locations will vary from week to week depending on the sizes of clients’ homes and the number of sales happening within two-week periods
  •  
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must have access to reliable transportation

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
